King Arthur Gluten Free All Purpose Flour

Hands down the best pancakes come from this flour.

Just follow the instructions on the back - making the changes from waffles to pancakes that they mention (I do not do the vanilla) - and have the best gluten free pancakes yet!

Bisquick was my favorite previously but King Arthur slayed them ;)

They are fluffy, thick, sooo tasty (even without the vanilla - I am sure it is the sugar) and quick and easy to make. I usually fight with my pancake mixes and making them but these were so easy and it make 10 pancakes without an issue. Seriously yummy!

SergeantsviIle Inn NJ

Sergeantsville Inn is gorgeous!
I went there as a half way point to meet friends from NJ.
They can modify their meals to be gluten free if they are not already naturally gluten free.
The server stated that all their sauces were made gluten free.

I ordered Tomato Bisque, Icelandic Cod (yes to compare it to Iceland of course) with vegetable risotto and creme brûlée for desert.

The Bisque was absolutely delicious. Thick, perfectly salted, not “spicy” and the perfect temperature. I missed a photo but it was a perfect start.

Then the Icelandic Cod with vegetable risotto came out and I couldn’t believe how much food there was on my plate.

It was nowhere near the cod I had in Iceland but for NJ it was pretty darn good. I have no idea what most of the vegetables were in the risotto but I ate them and enjoyed it overall. I was not able to finish though, so hubby got the rest of the risotto.

The creme brûlée was excellent if too small and not deep in the dish like I am used to. But it was delicious and the blueberries were perfection!

I hope I get to come back here and try some of their other meals. The BBQ pork chop sounds very good as some other items. I recommend checking out this beautiful place.

One Potato Two Potato

Have you ever had Terra Root Vegetable Chips?
Do you love them?
Have you ever hated spending the high price to purchase Terra Chips?
Well now there is an identical product but for way less money.
One Potato Two Potato

Wow that sounds like an advertisement if I ever heard one.

Seriously if you put these chips in a bowl and gave them to someone that knows Terra Chips, they would not know the difference from look to taste.

Crispy, not salty, delicious, tastes just like the root vegetables they come from and an amazing price. I am in awe and in love. It looks like the are at most Rite Aid's and luckily I have one nearby so I will have to check it out. I highly recommend you check them out too.
